As the Office Administrative Assistant, Aidee is the face of EISG. She performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors, employees and the HR/Payroll dept. She fields telephone calls, receives and directs visitors, processes new hire paperwork, modifies and creates various documents using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks accounting software. She generates purchase orders and maintains historical information related to purchases in the field and in the office. She is responsible for purchasing/managing office supplies. She is instrumental in maintaining spreadsheets and managing the office filing systems.
